Lyon Breathwork

A transformative experience designed to help individuals reconnect, release, and realign.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that uses intentional, rhythmic breathing to create profound shifts in the body, mind and most notably, the nervous system. Most people move through life stuck in a chronic stress response—tight, shallow breathing that keeps the body in fight or flight. Breathwork interrupts that pattern.

Through guided breathing, the body shifts into a calmer state where clarity, emotional release, and healing can occur. What seems simple on the surface becomes a powerful tool for restoring balance, releasing stored tension, and returning to a state of presence.

What Happens During a Breathwork Session

A breathwork session is a guided experience where you are led through specific breathing patterns designed to help the body shift out of chronic stress and into a more regulated state. As the breath deepens and becomes more rhythmic, the nervous system begins to settle and the body can release stored tension.

Some people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, or moments of clarity. Others simply feel calmer, lighter, and more present. Every session is different because every body holds stress differently.

The breath does not force anything to happen—it simply creates the conditions for the body to process what it is ready to let go of.

You remain aware and in control the entire time. My role is to guide you safely through the experience while creating a space where your nervous system can reset and restore.

Who Breathwork Is For

Breathwork is for anyone who feels like their nervous system is constantly “on.”

Many people today live in a subtle but constant state of fight or flight—tight chest, racing thoughts, shallow breathing, trouble relaxing even when life seems fine on the surface.

Breathwork can be especially supportive for people who:

• feel chronically stressed or overwhelmed

• struggle to slow down or relax

• feel disconnected from their body

• are moving through emotional healing or personal growth

• want to deepen their sense of clarity, presence, and inner calm

You don’t need experience with meditation or wellness practices. If you can breathe, you can begin.
