I'm Liz Lyon, and I've spent over 20 years in the wellness industry, guiding clients through everyday injuries as well as complex conditions like Parkinson's and cancer. My purpose has stayed consistent throughout that work: helping people become healthy, strong, and whole again.

That mission is what led me to focus on nervous system regulation and attachment healing, using breathwork, movement, nutrition, and lifestyle practices to help people move out of chronic stress and into a more grounded, resilient way of living. My approach centers on the connection between mind and body, and that same approach is what shaped the AIRR Method, my framework for recognizing old wounds and rewiring the patterns that keep people stuck in cycles of anxiety, people pleasing, and disconnection. What started as a published book , has grown into a full ecosystem of content, breathwork, and community reaching hundreds of thousands of people working through their own healing.
